Shipping, without the guesswork

These delivery details apply to all cardigans ordered from Little Legend Knits.

Where we deliver

We ship only to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses or international destinations.

Processing and transit are separate

Processing: 1–3 business days after an order is accepted. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Transit: 2–7 days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier interruptions and address issues can affect delivery. We do not promise a particular arrival date. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will explain the revised timing and any cancellation or refund options required by law.

Standard shipping charges

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more ship free by standard delivery. Orders below $59 have a $6.99 standard shipping charge. The threshold is calculated after any applicable discounts and before taxes. The order summary shows the charge before you place an order.

Following your parcel

When your order dispatches, we provide shipment information and available tracking by email. The carrier and service appear in that notice. Tracking may take time to reflect the first carrier scan. An order may arrive in more than one package; we do not add a shipping charge for a split shipment.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your street address, unit number, state and ZIP code carefully. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery area and ask household members, then contact us so we can help investigate. For damage, keep the packaging and photograph the condition if possible.
