These terms apply to your use of littlelegendknits.com and purchases from Little Legends LLC, doing business as Little Legend Knits. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Using the store

You must be an adult able to enter a binding agreement to place an order. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep any account credentials private. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information or infringe another person’s rights.

Products, fit and presentation

We sell adult women’s knit cardigans. Each style has its own options and measurements; size names are not a promise of a universal fit. Compare the individual garment chart before ordering. Photos illustrate the garment, and display settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Clothing and accessories shown for styling are not included unless expressly listed.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The product and checkout pages show the applicable item price and delivery charge. Any applicable taxes are shown before an order is placed. We may correct an inadvertent error, but will not charge a changed price without your agreement. If an item cannot be supplied or an order cannot be accepted, we will contact you and provide the applicable cancellation or refund options. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt; it does not by itself guarantee acceptance or dispatch.

Delivery and returns

We deliver only within the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 2–7 days transit. Standard shipping is free at a $59 merchandise subtotal and $6.99 below it. See the Shipping Policy for the full details. Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery under the Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Site content and outside links

Our brand assets and original store content may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Links to other websites, if provided, are for convenience; their operators are responsible for their own content and practices.

Fair limits and legal rights

We work to keep information accurate and the website available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses from site use. We do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by California law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
